How to Propagate Woollyheads?
Woollyheads can be propagated by seed sowing, cuttings, or division. Seed sowing is the most common, requiring well-draining soil, light exposure, and temperatures around 15-20°C. To increase success, seeds should be sown on the soil surface, as woollyheads needs light to germinate. Cuttings and division are alternative methods, with division performed in early spring or autumn when the plant is not in bloom. Propagating woollyheads is generally easy, but care should be taken to avoid overwatering. Steps for seed propagation: 1) Fill a tray with a seed-starting mix. 2) Scatter seeds on the surface and lightly press. 3) Keep the soil moist, not saturated. 4) Place in a warm spot with indirect light. 5) Transplant seedlings once they've developed true leaves.
