How to Plant Venus flytrap?
The 'venus flytrap' requires acidic, well-draining soil and full sunlight. Water with distilled or rainwater, as tap water is too alkaline with its excess minerals. To plant, prepare a sunny bed with acidic, peat-based soil. Dig a hole as deep and twice as wide as the plants' roots, backfill halfway, and settle the plant in. Refill the hole, tamp gently, and water well. Protect young plants from harsh afternoon sun, and all plants from frost. Each species may have unique needs, so research is essential.
