Osteospermum fruticosumเป็นไม้พุ่มล้มลุกมีดอก มีถิ่นกำเนิดในแอฟริกาใต้ ดอกมีสีม่วงเข้มหรือขาว เกสรกลางดอกสีเข้มเกือบดำ ลักษณะคล้ายดอกเดซี่ เจริญเติบโตได้ง่ายในหลากหลายภูมิอากาศ ปลูกเป็นไม้ประดับ พืชคลุมดิน หรือปลูกในกระถางก็ได้

เดซี่แอฟริกัน

เดซี่แอฟริกัน เป็นไม้พุ่มขนาดเล็กที่มีถิ่นกำเนิดในแถบแอฟริกาใต้ มีความทนทานและดูแลง่าย ส่วนใบนั้นจะมีกลิ่นหอมและมีดอกสีขาวหรือสีม่วงเป็นรูปจานสวยงาม จึงเหมาะกับการปลูกเป็นไม้ประดับในภาชนะหรือตามสวน แต่ในบางประเทศจะจัดว่า เดซี่แอฟริกัน เป็นวัชพืชชนิดหนึ่ง
