The azadirachta genus, primarily involving Neem trees, require full sun exposure and regular watering while being cautious of overwatering. They are adaptive to a wide range of soil types with a preference for well-drained, slightly acidic to slightly alkaline soils, and can tolerate temperatures between 20-48°C. Common challenges involved are caterpillar and termite infestations, anthracnose and leaf spot diseases, as well as sensitivity to heavy frost. Seasonally, azadirachta needs lesser water in colder months, and more in hot, dry periods.
