Description
Cone plant is a genus of succulent plants, distributed in South African and Namibian. Members of the genus are tiny plants with succulent leaves ranging from 6 to 51 mm length. Each leaf pair (together referred to as a body) ranges in shape from "bilobed" to spherical to ovoid to tubular to conical.

The Conophytum bilobum has been nicknamed the "Living Pebble" and is a favorite of many succulent enthusiasts. The flesh of the living pebble looks unlike any other plant in the world and almost does not even appear to be that of a natural, living plant. The first notation of these odd little cacti dates back to 1776!
