Crow's ash
Crow's ash is a tall, deciduous hardwood tree, native to the rainforests of eastern Australia. It features a straight trunk with rough, scaly bark and a broad, open canopy. The tree is notable for its glossy green leaves arranged in whorls and cylindrical clusters of fragrant, small, cream-colored flowers. Its winged seed pods open on the tree, benefiting from the wind for seed dispersal, a critical adaptation for reproducing in dense forest environments.
