Haloragis
Haloragis grow as shrubs characterized by bronze-green leaves with sharp-toothed edges or lobes. These shrubs are used in wild gardens or nore formally cultivated as borders and wallside cover, due to their subtle but interesting coloring, with red blooms, dark red stems, and bronze-tinged leaves.
Mermaidweed
Mermaidweed is a genus of flowering plants in the watermilfoil family (Haloragaceae). It is a small genus, comprising only two to three species, all of which are native to eastern North America and the West Indies. Mermaidweed can be distinguished from its relative Myriophyllum by having 3 stamens and carpels per flower (as opposed to having 4 or 8).

Myriophyllum
Myriophyllum are aquatic perennials that are popularly used for aquariums and ponds. Although a cosmopolitan genus, some species hailing from Eurasia are considered invasive in parts of North America where they form dense mats that impede sunlight for native species. Some members of the myriophyllum genus appear to be tolerant of various water pollutants.
